This is a place where we can read, reflect and respond to the traditional scriptures of Lent. Lent is the time where we are made low so that we can appreciate the height of the risen Christ.
The thing that sticks out to me the most about being considered a brother OF Christ is the responsibility that places on me to "represent the family." I think that ties in to some of the theme's of yesterday's reading. Our unity is a sign of God's reality. Our lives are a reflection of what that God stands for.

I like what you said about representing the family Elliot. I am not sure I have ever thought of it in those terms but I like the way it sounds.
